Over 50 Years of Experience

Dorothea is the founder and owner of DTH Coordination & Modeling, Inc. She holds a graduate degree in Architecture from MIT in Boston. Her work at architectural firms in Boston and Raleigh included schools, universities, hospitals and hotels. Her background brings to our clients a broader and deeper level of construction coordination, as we look at each building as a whole and proactively search for potential problems and offer efficient solutions.

John has over 20 years experience in the commercial construction industry. As a sheet metal foreman and manager he has worked on different types of facilities, including hospitals, labs and large manufacturing buildings. For 12 years he had been in charge of the coordination department of a large sheet metal company. John’s extensive experience in the field and in the sheet metal industry is a valuable asset for DTH Coordination & Modeling, Inc. and brings added value to our clients’ coordination projects.

M Ellie joined our team in 2012. She has a bubbly personality and is a very enthusiastic team member, with excellent work ethics. Ellie has more than a decade experience in CAD drafting and BIM coordination. 

 Plamen has been with our company since its conception in 2010. He holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from NC State University. His analytical skills and deep sense of professional responsibility are assets that are highly valued by our clients. 

John is a new enthusiastic member of our team. In each project John devotes all his energy and strives to provide the most efficient solutions to any coordination conflicts.

With excellent communication skills,  John maintains a close contact with each client and has his finger on the pulse of each project that is assigned to him.

He will be with you every step of the way. 

Erika is a student in Architecture and a part time member of our team. She is very enthusiastic and devoted to the tasks assigned to her. 

Brenna is a student in Architecture and a part time member of our team. She is inquisitive and eager to help, with a high sense of responsibility for any assignement.
