MEP Coordination

We provide a full or partial range of coordination services for Mechanical (Piping and Sheet metal),

Plumbing and Electrical trades, including:

• Above ceiling and underground coordination
• Collision detection and analysis
• Coordination meetings participation
• Slab and shear wall penetration drawings
• All necessary section views, as required
• Progress prints and fully dimensioned final coordination drawings
• BIM Services, including Navisworks Manage analysis and reporting
• Coordination process management
• Lead Coordinator Services

Structural and Architectural Modeling

• 3D structural models, including main structure, braced frames and supplemental steel
• 3D modeling of architectural elements, as needed for coordination

Lead Coordinator Services

• Establishing and maintaining the coordination schedule
• Setting-up the project background files and establishing a common insertion point for all trades
• Maintaining the coordination folders on the ftp site
• Building a composite model for the project, including all the trades
• Updating the composite model as new files are posted
• Running a weekly coordination meeting with all trades
• Running clash interference detection in Navisworks Manage and analyze the results during each
• coordination meeting
• Assisting other trades with clash resolutions

The software programs that we use primarily are AutoCAD MEP 2020, Revit and  Navisworks Manage 2020.
